Job description

As Brand Executive, you are a key part in ensuring our brand partners receive a high-quality service which protects and grows their brand. Day to day, this role will work alongside the management team to execute branded projects across a multitude of platforms, where you will work as an extension of our partners’ marketing teams.

This role is incredibly varied, and you could go from ensuring the brand is well represented on Amazon through its Brand Registry programme to social media management and media relations on behalf of the brand. Working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment, you will confidently juggle multiple projects, prioritise workloads and have the ability to delegate tasks when needed.

You will be responsible for a number of client accounts, ensuring the strategy is implemented, brand guidelines are adhered to and KPIs are on track. Supported by a Brand Assistant, you’ll work with the management to implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness to generate sales.

Location - Beighton, S20  

Hours - Full-time or Part-time would be considered for this role.

Flexibility - Minimum of 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the internal brand guardian, ensuring that the brand’s you are responsible for are well represented on various platforms
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow the project plan to develop, upload and monitor content for chosen brands in line with project deadlines
  • Support brand partners through the Amazon Brand Registry programme which includes content optimisation, competitor analysis, coordinating design and brand management
  • Create product listings for Amazon and other applicable marketplaces and upload relevant content for selected products
  • Proofreading and editing content before publishing, providing first stage approval
  • Review assets received from the brands and make recommendations on best approach
  • Produce monthly reports for the brand’s you’re responsible for, communicating information to relevant stakeholders
  • Attending client meetings as required
  • Reporting on consumer behaviour and product performance to identify trends and provide recommendations which will influence KPIs
  • Understanding the brand’s wider marketing plans and new product developments to support with idea creation
  • Support our brand partners with social media management, from drafting and uploading of content through to creating assets and managing social advertising budget
  • Coordinating design artwork or photography requirements with our internal teams
  • Support management with the implementation of the media relations strategy, this could include creating press packs, drafting press releases or handling interviews
  • Supporting the marketing team with aspects of advertising, whether that’s on Amazon or across social media platforms. Tracking analytics, providing reports and overseeing the campaign budget
  • Coordinate any relevant influencer activity, including research and relationship management
  • Liaise with our operations and buying team, highlighting any product issues/requirements
  • Tracking consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations
  • Maintaining and updating listings, and raising cases with Amazon to help get issues resolved
  • Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team
  • Ad hoc task support when needed to support team, and company requirements

Requirements

A Brand Executive is expected to demonstrate commitment to providing an excellent service to all stakeholders, internal and external. In addition, they must demonstrate the following:

  • At least 2-3 years in a Marketing role, with some experience working with multiple brands.

  • Confident communicators (written and verbal) – transfer information with clarity and asks questions.

  • Demonstrates adaptability – willing to learn and support where required.

  • A good degree of accuracy and attention to detail – ability to proof one’s own work

  • Good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Excellent organisations skills with the ability to manage one own’s workload as well as delegate tasks as required

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Amazon systems, Hootsuite

  • An understanding of external factors/ influences

  • Proactive in using initiative; demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop skills to maintain reputation as a department/ company.
