  • Promotions & Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of promotional campaigns on the ecommerce site.

  • Performance Tracking: Help track product performance using basic sales and traffic data, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams including Buying and Marketing/Brand to ensure effective ecommerce operations.

  • System Maintenance: Ensure internal systems are maintained and kept up to date.

  • Sales Orders: Raise sales orders as required and assist with order management processes.

  • Amazon Operations: Analyse Amazon operational performance and using problem solving ability to take proactive steps to provide solutions.

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Complete various ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the broader ecommerce team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with spreadsheets and using data to inform decision-making.

  • Proactive & Collaborative: A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a willingness to collaborate with different teams.

  • Interest in Digital Marketing: A passion for ecommerce, with a strong interest in learning more about the industry.

If you are excited about starting a career in ecommerce and have a passion for digital retail, we would love to hear from you!
