Tips for your Interview
Arrive 5 minutes early with a smile. Remember, first impressions count and having the right attitude to work can make all the difference between flying and flunking your interview.
We look for people who have strong personal skills, including an ability to communicate, positive attitude and a good work ethic.
Don’t let nerves get the better of you. Everyone suffers from nerves in one form or another but learning to keep them in check will really help when it comes to interviewing.
Explaining your skills and experience can be tricky. Try talking about a project or hobby and explain the things you’ve learnt through doing them, such as organising others. Remember, any example is better than no example.
Be yourself and be honest, we want to see the real you! You’re here to be assessed on your suitability for a particular role, so it’s important to remain professional, polite and engaged at all times.
We look for someone who is a “Pricecheck fit”, with their friendly personality and motivation to succeed.
Leave us with an impression that will make us want to call you back.
